Your writing and the model

GPT-1 runs on your device. The playground does not send your prompt or generated passage to a model server. Text stays in browser memory unless you copy or download it. Closing the page discards the passage.

The site downloads model and runtime files, and may save them in your browser cache for future visits. Use “Clear downloaded model” in the playground to delete these files. Your browser can also clear this storage.

Website hosting

Cloudflare serves this website and its files. When you visit, the hosting service receives ordinary web-request information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Advertising

When advertising is enabled, this site uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers and request information to serve, personalize and measure advertising, depending on your location and choices. Advertising scripts run on this page; local model processing does not make those third-party scripts private.

Where applicable, Google’s consent message lets you consent, decline or manage advertising choices. You can reopen these choices using the consent link Google displays on the site. Clearing downloaded model files does not clear advertising cookies.

Ad availability depends on Google, your consent choices and browser settings. Using GPT-1 does not require clicking an ad.
